A Typical Day
The morning begins with the Montessori work cycle, where children choose purposeful activities from the shelves and work independently or in small groups. Circle time brings the class together for songs, stories, and group lessons.
After a morning snack, children continue their Montessori work or enjoy outdoor play. Lunch is a communal experience where children practice setting the table, serving themselves, and cleaning up — all important Practical Life skills.
The afternoon includes additional Montessori work time, enrichment activities such as art, music, and science exploration, and outdoor play before departure at 3:00pm.
